[AccessD] Disable Mousewheel in Access 2003 Form

Hi everyone!

I looked through the archives about this, but didn't come up with anything
for Access 2003.  Might be because there is no solution, but I wanted to
run it up the flag pole one more time.

I have a form that I want the mousewheel disabled while that form is open.
 Any way of doing this short of shooting the mouse?
