You can set up a rule in Outlook to delete any messages from this email
address. To the user they will never get a notification that is was viewed
(if they set that up).

Depending on your ISP, you may also have the ability of blocking that
person.

Subject: [AccessD] OT - Block a User

This is not an Access D user, just a pain in my butt. Is there a way to
block a user from reaching you at your email address in Outlook? I see
where I can throw them into junk but I don't even want to know any
communication was attempted as it makes me go smoke a cigarette and it
is getting cold outside. Thanks.
