Back in your moment of glory, Joe.  And has anyone checked the
temperature in Hell lately?  Something that both John and Drew think is

When naming fields in table design view I try to prefix the field with
something to identify the source table i.e.:
 
Custfname
custLname
 
 
repfname
replname
