[AccessD] Turn Off Help Box in Access 2003

MinMax Buttons None.  Close button no. What's this No.  Everything 
disappears but the help box.  And in the mde, the DoCmd.Maximize doesn't 
work.  So the form doesn't open maximized.  But it works for you.  I wonder 
what's going on.  I'm pretty sure the form isn't corrupted.
