[AccessD] Turn Off Help Box in Access 2003

The small Search Field in the upper right of the form that has the text 
'Type a question for help' is what I'm referring to.  I thought maybe the 
What's This had something to do with that.  Any idea how to rid myself of 
that pesky control, Darren?
