[AccessD] Turn Off Help Box in Access 2003

Marty:

Thanks.  I also found this and it worked.  I turned it off through the 
Customize.  I have to take the mde to another machine and see if the setting 
follows it - if it's for the app or the installation of Office.  But your 
code is exactly what I was looking for.
