[AccessD] Update query quit working

You mean something like this:

SELECT DISTINCT WellMonthlyVol.Date
FROM WellMonthlyVol
WHERE (((WellMonthlyVol.Date)=DMax("[Date]","WellMonthlyVol")));

This works correctly.
