[AccessD] Best way to fix database

A2K3 ...since this is a developer tool that my users never see, I can live 
with that ...one of these days I might get around to looking at why your 
code produces different results than my own sysinfo form ...one of these 
days, eh :)

...in the meantime, its a very minor annoyance compared to the results your 
code produces :)
