[AccessD] Break Point in Debug Mode

Try setting your breakpoint earlier in the process.  Any time I've seen
this happen, it's because the line in question isn't executing at all.

I've run into an odd issue.  When I try to set the breakpoint on a
database, I can.  But when the code executes, it doesn't stop at the
breakpoint.  I'm working with an Access 2K database using Access 2002.
Any ideas on how to get the database to stop at breakpoints when the
code executes?
