To highlight all the cells in a row when column H contains the text "Passed":

Select cell A1.
Set your Conditional Format to:  Formula is  = $H1 = "Passed"
Copy the cell.
Select the range that you want the formatting to apply to.
Right Click, Paste Special - Formats
