[AccessD] Combo Box not Autocompleting

The client's laptop is a full version.  However, it is a hired one 
and they seem to have locked down the programs.

I am trying to get hold of it so that I can do some tests for myself 
(so far it has been via giving instructions over the phone).

When I get it I will try decompile etc.
