[AccessD] Ensuring FTP completion

I do it (upload) quite a bit, John.  Actually my clients do it and I have
yet to have a failure once the FTP starts.  The only problem I have had
appears to be a client issue and they are working on it.

My app zips the file (using the zip stuff I got from you) and an FTP thing I
got from Gustav.
