[AccessD] Strangeflickering problem.

Bobby,
I suspect that what you describe as flickering is the result of time
slicing between the macro operation in Access and whatever you're doing
elsewhere.  With an intensive operation in Access, which is something of
a hog on resources, you may have to go have coffee and not try to do
anything else while it's running.

It is the one that displays the windows logo.  It is not kicking in.  It
happens while I am working on the PC.
