[AccessD] Table Relationships

I currently have some apparently 'ghost' tables in my table relationships
view.

For example I show tblPeopleMain_1 in addition to tblPeopleMain.  There is
no actual tblPeopleMain_1, but its ghost redisplays every time I reopen the
table relationships window.

How do I get rid of this?
