Thanks...I will.  But I'm having an issue getting back to his site he had
in an email yesterday, and I could get to it yesterday, but today it's not
working...at least from the three different computers I tried...two in
house (behind same firewall) and one from a the local County Court
House...all with the same result ... **NEVER MIND** ...it just worked. :)

I was also looking at the active-X Chilkat parser you suggested below but
I'm not sure how I'm supposed to use it.
