But for some reason the link isn't working.  I get a 404 - not found on this
server.

Found it.   PrintToPicture by Gretchko Juriy.

It creates BMP,PCX or PNG images of printed pages.

His web page at http://progrex.narod.ru/ptp.html doesn't seem to exist any
more so
