[AccessD] Lose the warnings

Having converted my 2k app to 2k3, I suffer two warnings upon entry to the
system, and cannot locate how to kill them. One says something about
potentially unsafe, the other about open. I want these to go away
permanently for my particular app, bu I want them to remain for all else. Is
this possible?

I did look at the Security stuff on the menu, which was no help. In typical
MS style.
