[AccessD] Access or SQL Server Express to web

SharePoint's not an option and I don't know ASP.Net although I'm not opposed 
to learning. I had thought about SQL Server Express and Web Developer 
Express becaus I already have them and know enough to not kill myself in the 
process, but the truth is, I've never actually created anything for the web, 
period.
