[AccessD] Office Access 2003 SP3

Speaking for myself, it wouldn't install successfully on either my work
PC, which runs Office 2003 SP2, or my laptop, which runs Office 2007 but
kept Access 2003 as well.  It tries to install and the apps actually say
SP3, but the log shows that the update failed.  Go figure.

 Hello to the list,

I have held off so far in installing Off2003 SP3.

I'm looking now to get an idea of how many folks have put their toe in
the water and installed it and what their results are. 
Or, are we all just waiting, and for what.
