[AccessD] Read Exchange from Access?

At every client or presentation I give, I am asked if my system can read a
person's Exchange (Outlook) out of office information.  I do have an
admittedly redundant out of office mechanism in my system, but tapping into
the information people already enter into Outlook would be better.

How could I programmatically read the out of office flag on the Exchange
server from Access?  Or can anyone point me to a good source of information?
