[AccessD] Syntax for Allow Edits Subform

Dear List:

 

I need to set Allow Edits to false on a subform.

 

Both Me.subfrmBundleVerification.AllowEdits = False and
Me.subfrmBundleVerification.Forms.AllowEdits = False

 

fail.  What is the correct syntax?
