[AccessD] tsGetFileFromUser()

You would think MS would have it documented somewhere.  I searched
through Google didn't find very much. Here
http://p2p.wrox.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=6064 I found some code but not
sure where to exactly put things.  Tried to modify mine a little but it
kept erroring so I kept the original
