[AccessD] Lebans A2000ReportToPDF utility

The TrueType font specification used  to include a code that indicates
whether or not a font can be embedded in a document; many common TT
fonts have this flag set to refuse embedding. Whether this is still true 
not sure
This doesn't apply to the 14 standard Windows and basic TT Fonts that
are automatically assumed for PDF documents which you don't have to embed
and thus saves space in your PDF.
