[AccessD] Exporting objects (forms) to text and back in to Access

SaveAsText acForm, "frmForm", "c:\frm.txt"

How do I export a form out to a text file.  I have done it in the past, able to look at the text definitions of the controls etc.  I can't seem to do it now.
