[AccessD] SelPos

I have a memo field for Notes. There is a button to add a new Note. This
enables the note control and plonks in the date and sets focus to the note
control. This part works nicely. I want to add a CRLF and then place the
cursor on the next line. I think it has something to do with SelPos, but I
can't remember how to do it.
