[AccessD] Syntax for loading a specific version of Access

Then I haven't a clue.  I use the Send To shortcuts on my machines, so I
can specify the precise version of Access to use.

Open with. Things keep screwing up when I run the app on my box, which
has every version of Access loaded since O97, but the default seems to
be to load the latest. I want to tell the shortcut to load A2K and then
the specific MDB|ADP in question.
