[AccessD] OT: Excel - Get sheet out of workbook

IN EXCEL 2K3  
     RIGHT click on the TAB --> 
     select MOVE or COPY ---->
     TO BOOK --- > drop down select (NEW book) ---> 
     check mark CREATE A COPY this will save original and make a new
copy

     bingo new workbook with one sheet
