[AccessD] Remote Assistance

Not sure if you can do that with plain old remote desktop. I know how
to take control when you have terminal services running (with a remote
desktop interface), you have to go into the terminal services manager
snapin, then you just right click on the connected user and select
remote control.

If you can't get this to work, you could try a web-ex session.

OK, I'm connected between two machines now. #2 sent the invitation to
#1.
#1 accepted and can see everything on #2 screen. But the box labeled
"Connection Status" says Connected/Screen View Only. On #1 I can see
what's
on the screen of #2 but can't figure a way to change anything. DO you
know
how #1 can get control of #2?

TIA

Rocky

OK...whoever STARTS the connection can do that...not the receiver. The
receiver loses total control of the machine...sorry...it's late here and
I'm
tired.

I have a prospect in Ecuador that would like an on-line demo. I
suggested
Remote Assistance since we've both got it. I just tested it on two of
my
boxes here and it seems pretty easy.

He' saying that I should issue the invitation to him. When I made the
connection it was view only. What I'm wondering is if there's a way for
him
to see anything in my machine other than what's on my screen.
