[AccessD] InstrRev in A97

The easiest way to get a file name from a full path is Dir.  One line.

Hello All,

With my lst excel issue...I needed to extract a file name in A97 from a 
path.  The InstrRev function would have been handy.  And I found that 
someone had written it.  Seemed very useful...so I thought I'd share.
