[AccessD] Compare BEs

I don't have a copy handy, but MDBDiff was a very useful one for just
that need.  You should be able to google up a link pretty quickly.

Is there a tool or a method of comparing two Back Ends and listing their
differences? I've made a few changes to columns and now have to update
the client's copy of the BE, and I want to make sure I make all the
changes required.
