[AccessD] Snapshot too wide but report prints correctly

Has anyone ever seen this.  It is a report that the snapshot plainly creates
two pages out of (too wide) but according to the onsite IT lady the printer
prints out correctly.  

Any ideas?  I thought the snapshot thingie used the printer drivers to
render the image.
