[AccessD] Word Mail Merge

Hi Folks:

I realize this is a bit offtopic, but does anyone know if I can do the
following with a mailmerge from Access to Word:

I need to be able to print out a cover letter for a consumer, then up to 10
surveys (depends on the individual) linked to the consumer. Does word allow
me to do this? Basically I'd like:
