Richard:

I use PrimoPDF - a free pdf printer - installs like a printer, works real
well if I just want to generate a PDF from an Access report. You can either
preview the report then Ctrl-P to bring up the print dialog box and select
PrimoPDF, or set PrimoPDF as the default printer.

But for a more automated solution to generate a PDF and email I used Lebans'
Snapview to PDF http://www.lebans.com/reporttopdf.htm and then emailed the
reports that were generated right our of the module. It requires 2 dlls to
be present in the same folder with the front end but you don't have to
register them so it's pretty simple.

Not been doing a lot of MS Access recently, but have now a request to add
this functionality to a A97 database.........

save reports to pdf format and then email.

How easy is this?
