Hi Drew

But ditto marks aren't these like:

  -- " --

with a double quote?
However, that works too: Ctrl+" as do Ctrl+@ and Ctrl+*.

Also:

  Ctrl+- or Ctrl+_ -> delete a record as if you pushed Delete

  Ctrl+Space -> mark the current column
  Ctrl+Shift+Space -> mark the entire table

and:

  Ctrl+Enter -> delete up to the cursor
  Ctrl+Delete -> delete from the cursor

And Ctrl ' will 'copy' the previous record's field into the active
field. Works in both table view and forms. I remember it by thinking
about ditto marks.

Drew

Hi Jennifer

Other specials are:

  Ctrl+;  -> current date
  Ctrl+:  -> current time
  Ctrl++ (Ctrl + plussign) -> Finish typing and move to next record
