[AccessD] OT: Outlook Accounts

AFAIK, the PST ONLY has the stuff that you see immediately 
in outlook, things like email and addresses.  The SETTINGS 
for the email accounts are somewhere else.  The SIGNATURES 
are in a third location, etc. etc.
