[AccessD] SQL Server Advice

...our own Martin Reed and Susan Harkins wrote a "SQL: Access to SQL Server" 
book awhile back that I found particularly useful and was still available on 
Amazon last time I looked ...and since both still read this list, you can't 
beat the ability to ask questions if you run into a problem.
