 what the application doing and why.

 Whatever solution that works, is

 I have had several users use Access successfully  using the DB
concurrently on a network.

 However, you might want to discover what its  internal tables do.  What
is its front-end doing  is another thing you should look into.

Hi All,
This is probably a simple question but we're so busy at work I want to
make sure I don't screw something up.  Have an Access database linked to
SQL Server 2000 via ODBC.  Actually, there are some Access table in
there too.  Can I just put the Access database on a network
server...there will be 3 users...or should I split the database.  I
think the latter, in case the users want to take snapshots of the live
data and create Access tables.
