[AccessD] License Problem?

None that I know of.  And only the standard four references checked - VBA,
11.0 object library, VBA Extensibility 5.3, and DAO 3.6.

I sent an Access 200 mde to a guy in Malaysia.  Previous mdes worked. This
one, however, gives him the following message before the program even starts
- right after he double clicks the mde:
 
"The expression On Open you entered as the event property setting produced
the following error: License information for this component not found.  You
do not have an appropriate license to use this functionality in the design
environment."
 
 
I found this on the Microsoft site but I'm not using any OCXs:

Has anyone encountered this one before?
