Yes it does work. Method One of -> http://support.microsoft.com/kb/837910 and free wheel seems to have a lot in common. Remember to merge its Registry file, And from a Ms-Dos window to do -> regsvr32 VB6IDEMouseWheelAddin.dll from whatever folder you decide to keep the DLL.
