Here's the key selections for your  QBE Grid.

MembID 
tblMember
Group By

ContribDate
tblContribs
Where
=> Forms!myForm!StartDate and <= Forms!myForm!EndDate

Amount
tblContribs
Sum
=> Forms!myForm!MinimumAmount 

Any other reporting detail (names etc) should be GroupByas well
