Why don't you just turn UAC off?  Click Start, double click your user 'pic'
(at the top right of the start menu).  There is an option to turn of UAC
(click that, and uncheck use UAC).  You'll be prompted to reboot, and
whalla, no more 'Do you want to do something' prompts.
