Only if you bind the textbox to a text representation of the value. If
you want to edit it, no. The decimal point is a delimiter. No decimal
places, no decimal point QED.

Subject: [AccessD] Decimal point with no places to the right

Dear List:

Is it possible to format a number in a bound text box with zero decimal
places to the right of the decimal point but still display the decimal
point?
