[AccessD] A2007 - Programmatically Minimize Ribbon

Maybe.  Looks like I have to create a custom ribbon.  Wonder how this will
play with a 2003 mdb or mde.  We can't right now, have a totally 2007 app.
Has to be runnable on either.  But I'll check this out.
