[AccessD] simple piece of month-naming code

Well for one reason, the monthname is derived from the regional
settings, so if you use a that, the months will automatically be in the
local language settings.

Since it's just a combo with month names (and they very rarely, if ever,
change), why not just hard code the Value List into the Row Source of
the combo box?
