[AccessD] Access Versions

Office XP = 2002 Or vice versa.  Most people jumped to 2003 when it
came out as it solved some issues that 2002 had. If you've worked with
2003 you are qualified to work on 2002. In my opinion.

Can't help you with the conversion question.
