To be honest none. By the time we get to see it I would guess most of the functionality is set in stone. By the time I saw the ribbon in Access 2007 it was in place and I doubt nothing that I could say or pass on would have changed their minds. Given they had spend millions on development by that point. I would say the ribbon is here to stay!
