Correct, 
Black is not a colour,  but that's a different argument.
(and is white a color?)

Null is a condition (the absence of any value) not a value.

If Null were a value,  then 
If A is Null and B  is Null , A = B  would return True  

Try this:
 ? Null = Null,Not Null = Not Null,  1 = 1, Not 1 = Not 1
