[AccessD] Update a field in a table

Thanks Paul we'll give her a try. I just wasn't sure how the update
query would work or if I needed to use some VBA code to make it work.

Hope I haven't mis-understood you, but if the SQL Express table is
linked
into the A2K database, isnt it just a simple query:

UPDATE [YourSQLExpressTable] INNER JOIN [YourA2kTable] ON
[YourSQLExpressTable].EmpNo = [YourA2kTable].EmpNo SET
[YourSQLExpressTable]![BW001]= [YourA2kTable]![BW001]
