[AccessD] Database advisors website

You're right!

http://databaseadvisors.com is up but http://www.databaseadvisors is down.

Since most of the menu links on the first URL point to .asp files on the second URL, they 
don't work.  About the only link that does work is the Listinfo link which points to a folder on 
the first URL.
