Tina:

That's the Product ID but not the key that's on the yellow sticker on the
back of the CD sleeve.  That's what he'll need and it looks like Microsoft
is not storing that in the registry. Which makes sense I guess from a
licensing standpoint.

Following the steps I got to my own Office 2003 Product ID.  I'm sending
